Selecting the address opens your email application. The App does not send a message until you review and send it yourself.
2. What to include
Clear technical context helps us investigate efficiently:
- App version, Android version, device manufacturer and model;
- the feature and protocol involved;
- source video and audio codecs, when relevant;
- whether TLS or access control is enabled;
- exact reproduction steps, visible error text, and whether the issue is repeatable;
- a screenshot or short sanitized log excerpt when it materially explains the problem.
3. Protect sensitive data
Remove secrets before sending. Do not include access tokens, passwords, SRT passphrases, SIP credentials, certificate private keys, protected URLs, private media, or personal surveillance footage.
Only send diagnostic information or files that you are authorized to share. Email delivery and retention are also governed by your email provider.
